Fly-fishermen, Bicyclists, or those just wanting to Getaway . . . | |

This home can be yours for the weekend, week, or whatever you want -- you may not want to leave. |
This 100 year-old home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully stocked kitchen, and a great den-living area -- but the best is the front porch overlooking the crystal clear Llano River with over 3/4 mile of river frontage. The fishing is excellent, rapids, large pools, sand bars, and small rocky streams. Take your choice of perch, bluegill, Guadalupe bass, largemouth bass, or big Llano River catfish. Try your luck. |

Along the river there are numerous varieties of birds
including bald eagles in the winter. This is a birder's paradise. For you bikers and cyclists, there are numerous lightly traveled roads (dirt and paved), which can lead you in any direction with wonderful views or a challenging ride. Kayaking is also a great way to explore and experience the Llano River. This is not your typical B & B; this is your home for a few days. The house is fully stocked, towels and linens furnished. All you need to bring is your food (staples are provided). Just enjoy it like your own. Only 90 miles from either Austin or San Antonio with many fine restaurants and shopping close by in Llano, Mason, or Fredericksburg.
